To ensure that the group’s values are embodied by its managers, Advans co-developed its managerial charter, the 4 Leading Ways. These four pillars of management are: Leading as a Coach, Leading as an Ambassador, Leading with Care, and Leading for Performance. This framework provides a sustainable approach to management, establishing a shared direction for both managers and employees. Managerial roles are harmonized across the Advans network, offering clear guidance for managers in their decision-making and enabling them to exercise their responsibilities confidently and effectively. The 4 Leading Ways also serve as a reference point for employees, supporting their growth and development.
Developing the skills of our employees is a cornerstone of our approach. That’s why, since 2020, we have established our own training organisation: the Advans Training Centre. Initially rolled out in a few pilot subsidiaries, it has now been implemented across the entire group. Our ATC provides face-to-face training modules, operational management courses, and train-the-trainer sessions. It also features a rich collection of digital content via the Edflex partner platform, offering online courses, MOOCs, and short, engaging videos.

With great enthusiasm, we launched our Talent Training Program in 2023, designed to prepare high-potential employees for their growth as the leaders of tomorrow. When you apply to join us for a Headquarters position, you will follow a recruitment process comprising 3 main stages:
-The “icebreaker” interview, which allows us to get to know each other (with a Talent Acquisition Officer)
-The interview with your future manager, which will be an opportunity to deepen the technical aspects of your position and our environment
-The last discussion with a member of our Parisian Executive Committee.
You will also have the opportunity to complete three questionnaires on your motivation, your reasoning, and your personality! A good way to discover yourself as a future employee.
